Pilots & ATCOs

All UK CAA applicants are required to complete their application form online via the CAA Portal. If this is your first digital application, be advised that it can take up to 15 working days to clear the registration process. We cannot proceed with a medical assessment until you have CAA Portal Access. For more information - Click Here

Prepare:

  1. Complete a client consent form (Click Here)
  2. Complete your digital medical application via the CAA Portal (Click Here)
  3. Complete the UK CAA Mental Health Checklist (Click Here)
  4. A MED162 eye form where required / lens over +/- 3.00 (Click Here)
  5. Send any required reports or tests by email prior to attending (Mail Here)

Please bring:

  1. Your passport or UK DVLA driver's license
  2. Last issued medical certificate, even if expired (unless first exam)
  3. Your flying glasses or contact lenses. Be advised we will need to check vision without your contact lenses in during the medical
  4. Latest glasses/contacts prescription where these are worn
  5. A full bladder - you willl need to do a urine specimen!

All FAA applicants are required to complete their application form online via the FAA MedXpress Portal.

Prepare:

  1. Complete a client consent form (Click Here)
  2. Complete your MedXpress medical application (Click Here)
  3. Send any required reports or tests by email prior to attending (Mail Here)

Please bring:

  1. Your passport or UK DVLA driver's license
  2. MedXpress Confirmation Number
  3. Any FAA SODA or Special Issuance letters you have.
  4. Last issued medical certificate, even if expired (unless first exam)
  5. Your flying glasses or contact lenses. Be advised we will need to check vision without your contact lenses in during the medical
  6. Latest glasses/contacts prescription where these are worn
  7. A full bladder - you willl need to do a urine specimen!

All EASA applicants are required to complete a paper application prior to attendance

Prepare:

  1. Complete a client consent form (Click Here)
  2. Complete, leaving unsigned, your medical application (Click Here)
  3. Complete, leaving unsigned, your Mental Health form (Click Here)
  4. An eye form where required / lens over +/- 3.00 (Click Here)
  5. Send any required reports or tests by email prior to attending (Mail Here)

Please bring:

  1. Your passport, EU identity card or EU driver's license
  2. Last issued medical certificate, even if expired (unless first exam)
  3. Your flying glasses or contact lenses. Be advised we will need to check vision without your contact lenses in during the medical
  4. Latest glasses/contacts prescription where these are worn
  5. A full bladder - you willl need to do a urine specimen!

  3. Last issued medical certificate, even if expired (unless first exam)
  4. Your flying glasses or contact lenses. Be advised we will need to check vision without your contact lenses in during the medical
  5. Latest glasses/contacts prescription where these are worn
  6. A full bladder - you willl need to do a urine specimen!

Cabin Crew

ALL APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A
